Soldier Field
Home of Hillcat Soccer

Soldier Field is located in the heart of the RSU campus. The facility was originally constructed as a venue for the Oklahoma Military Academy's football games. The field has been widened and resurfaced and a new digital scoreboard has been added in the south end zone. Soldier Field also features a large press box, lights, a public address system and stadium seating for a great view of the action capable of supporting 2,000 fans. The installation of artificial turf at Soldier Field began following the 2011 RSU soccer season in November 2011 and was completed in May 2012. The artificial turf surface will allow RSU to maximize the availability and functionality of historic Soldier Field. The durability of artificial turf will permit the university to utilize Soldier Field for athletic training and competition, intramural sports, and other student activities and community events.
